Dr Brian Conway

Dr Brian Conway is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides comprehensive medical care for children from birth through to late adolescence. With a reassuring and patient-focused approach, he manages a wide spectrum of general medical and developmental paediatric conditions. Dr Conway is particularly passionate about supporting families through difficult diagnostic challenges and helping them navigate complex care needs at home, school, and within hospital settings.

His clinical expertise spans neonatal care, developmental paediatrics, and adolescent medicine. As an accredited diagnostician for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Dr Conway works closely with families to identify developmental delays and implement practical management strategies. He is also highly experienced in providing acute neonatal care, attending both elective and emergency deliveries, and managing the health of newborns during their initial hospital stays.

Dr Conway completed his undergraduate medical education with honours, earning a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS Hons) alongside a Bachelor of Medical Science with honours (B.Med Sc Hons). He went on to obtain a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) and completed his specialist paediatric training. Dr Conway is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He has held key clinical appointments, including serving as a Staff Specialist at a major public paediatric hospital and working as a Visiting Medical Specialist across several private hospitals.
