Dr Andrew Patrick

Dr Andrew Patrick is a highly qualified and dedicated Consultant Ophthalmologist based in Launceston, Australia. As an experienced Eye Specialist with a commitment to delivering exceptional eye care, he provides comprehensive services to patients requiring specialist ophthalmic intervention. Dr Patrick completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, qualifying in 1992. He subsequently undertook specialist training in South Africa, completing a registrarship as an Ophthalmology Registrar and being honoured as Registrar of the Year in 2000. He obtained his Fellowship of the College of Surgeons of South Africa in Ophthalmology in 1999, followed by a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2000. To further refine his skills, Dr Patrick completed a clinical fellowship in the United Kingdom, where he gained advanced training as a Clinical Fellow in oculoplastic surgery. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO).

Throughout his career, Dr Patrick has developed a broad range of clinical expertise.
