Dr Ainhi Ha

Dr Ainhi Ha is a highly accomplished Consultant Neurologist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. With a dedicated focus on general neurology, she has developed deep clinical expertise in Parkinson's disease and movement disorders. Dr Ha is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred medical care, ensuring that individuals receive tailored treatment plans designed to manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

In her clinical practice, Dr Ha utilises advanced therapeutic interventions to manage complex neurological disorders. Her areas of expertise include the administration of enteral levodopa/carbidopa gel infusions, apomorphine therapy, and deep brain stimulation. Additionally, she is highly proficient in performing specialised injection therapies for various movement disorders. Alongside her clinical work, she is actively involved in medical education, contributing to the training of future Specialists in the field of movement disorders.

Dr Ha completed her medical degree with honours, obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS Hons). She went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Sydney, where her post-doctorate research focussed on the molecular biology of Parkinson's disease. To further her expertise, she completed a clinical fellowship in Parkinson's disease and movement disorders in the United States. Dr Ha is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and holds a position as a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney. She is an active member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists, the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and the Movement Disorder Society of Australia and New Zealand.
