The practice demonstrates effective logistical management with timely reception and brief waiting times for appointments. Dr Martin maintains a professional and thorough approach, ensuring a good patient experience overall.
Doctor Martin has a very good bedside manner. He explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend him and have already done so.
Doctor was clear and straightforward as well as respectful as ever
The visit was very quick and helpful as I was very happy with the outcome of my visit.
Dr Martin took the time to explain and answer all of our questions.
Dr Martin has a very nice manner and speaks clearly and in laypersons terms so that it’s easy to understand. I had some issues with chasing up referrals in the past with the reception staff and I feel on this visit Dr Martin understood that and reassured me that he’d not only send the referral to the neurosurgeon but that he’d copy me in on the email so that it wouldn’t go astray. The waiting room is bright with plenty of seating and patient toilets. Parking in the area is horrendous and I had to drive around through 3 streets for half an hour to find a parking spot, eventually parking 2 streets away. I recommend getting there at least half an hour early in order to find a parking spot or park over in the paid parking area at the hospital.
the doctor was professional, informative, but discounted and cold
Dr was great, made me feel welcomed, heard and was clear with his instructions Ti me
I trained alongside Andrew in Sydney and he is a very solid neurologist. He is well-known for his work in movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s and tremor management. He takes a grounded, practical approach to his clinical work and is a straightforward, reliable colleague to collaborate with.
