Ms Abby Aizenstros

Ms Abby Aizenstros is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting teenagers and adults. Practising with a collaborative, understanding, and caring approach, she focuses on empowering her clients to explore their unique challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Ms Aizenstros has experience working across both public and private healthcare settings, helping individuals improve their overall health, well-being, and daily functioning.

Ms Aizenstros completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours before obtaining her Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. In addition to her clinical practice, she is actively involved in psychological research. Her academic contributions include co-authoring peer-reviewed studies on adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and the effectiveness of smartphone-delivered behavioural activation interventions. This strong academic foundation ensures that her therapeutic methods remain informed by the latest scientific advancements in mental health.
