Collaborative Healthcare

Collaborative Healthcare is a locally owned, independent medical practice in Joondanna, Western Australia, offering a wide range of general medicine and allied health services. The practice provides modern, patient-centred care and is committed to supporting individuals and families across all stages of life.

The team at Collaborative Healthcare offers services in general medicine, women’s and men’s health, child health, aged care, diabetes management, chronic disease care, skin checks, smoking cessation, contraception and pregnancy planning, and travel medicine including immunisations. Additional services include advanced health planning, driving assessments, iron and Aclasta infusions, wound care, and pre-employment or insurance medicals.

Patients can choose to attend appointments in person or via Skype, Facetime, or telephone consultations. Where possible, prescriptions can also be sent directly to a local pharmacy for collection or delivery. Collaborative Healthcare is AGPAL accredited and participates in the national MyMedicare program, which supports longer telehealth consultations, chronic disease care, and improved communication between doctors.
