Dr. Tim Eyers

Dr Tim Eyers joined Collaborative Healthcare in January 2024. He graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2016 and gained broad clinical experience across multiple departments at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Rockingham Hospital. More recently, he worked as a GP registrar for 18 months in Falcon, followed by six months in community-based palliative care.

Tim enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in paediatrics, men’s health and palliative care. His caring and approachable nature helps him build strong, supportive relationships with patients and their families.

Outside of medicine, Tim is passionate about the environment, nature, and animal conservation – he’s always happy to see a picture of your dog. He also enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and following AFL.
