Kent was refreshing. He listened, explained, and was very clear with all options. Before the surgery, all costs were fully disclosed. My first encounter with Kent was a telehealth (video) meeting. From this, my procedure was booked, and I had a pre-operative in person appointment where I had the opportunity to ask every ridiculous question that came to mind. After the procedure, Kent came in to check on me the following morning and was very keen to hear how I was feeling. Can i just mention here that my recovery has been brilliant. I had no shoulder tip pain, I was mobile and felt well straight after the surgery, and because I was up and moving around so well, I went home without requiring daily blood thinning injections (yay!). I was walking daily, but listening to my body and resting when needed. His advice pre-surgery was that because I was fit I would find recovery quite easy, and he was absolutely correct, but he also reiterated that a positive mindset is the most important part. He called after 2 weeks to check on me, and again today where he was very interested in hearing all about my progress. Highly recommend, he is an absolute gem, and his work has changed my life.

Very friendly and welcoming, I felt I needed more explanation on certain things and total honesty for my situation and follow up from his nurses would be nice too.

Vadim is a wonderful doctor, we felt supported through the whole experience and trusted his knowledge.
