My experience with Dr Cheng was excellent. Always friendly and answered my questions, even questions l had not thought to ask. He returned email queries as l had some other issues going on. So glad l finally got this done, l feel much better.

Mary Ann presents as an extremely competent specialist. She provided very detailed information in regards to every aspect of the procedure, and was very honest about any possible complications. She made me, and just as importantly my partner, feel extremely safe. She was very approachable, kind, caring and empathic. Her follow up service both in the hospital and post-operative appointment was also excellent; I left her consulting suites knowing that if I required further help, it would be available. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have had my procedure completed by Mary Ann.
