The consultation was very thorough and the complex medical conditions that I had diagnosed were explained in an easy to understand way. There was no rushing, despite the doctor being very busy with lots of patients waiting, which was very much appreciated on my part. Following the consultation, the administration was straight forward and the doctor's nurse administered a Pneumococcal vaccine injection perfectly into my arm. I didn't feel the needle at all! It was a pleasant experience overall and I would thoroughly recommend both the doctor and his nurse.
