She is very pleasant and comes across as caring

Dr Lisa was pleasant and approachable, thorough in asking relevant questions and examination, punctual and professional throughout. I did expect a same-day call back on ultrasound results as these are done on-site as opposed the being sent from a lab. Nevertheless, results did come back within 24 hours which is acceptable.

Doctor Lisa has been amazing, she really put me at ease throughout the whole process, including before the colonoscopy, where I became quite nervous. Her bedside manner is excellent and she is so friendly. I would highly recommend Doctor Lisa for any gastro issues you may be facing.

Dr Lisa put me at ease and explained everything. I felt comfortable to ask questions and felt she was very thorough. What could have been a very daunting appointment I left feeling positive and informed. Lovely manner and I received an email following my blood tests about medication.
