I want to share our Journey of Trust and Courage with Dr. Mohammed Sohaib. My little girl was only four years old when our journey began It started with a visit that we thought would be routine, but it turned into something much bigger than we ever expected. That was the day we met Dr. Mohammed Suhaib. He gently explained to us that our daughter had high pressure in her right eye—glaucoma. As parents, the word alone was enough to shake us. Fear filled our hearts. We didn’t fully understand what lay ahead, but we knew this was serious. What made that moment bearable was the doctor himself. He was honest, transparent, and calm. He didn’t overwhelm us. Instead, he guided us step by step, explaining everything in phases so we could process it as parents. He gave us time—but also clarity. We began regular visits to monitor her eye pressure. Each appointment brought a mixture of hope and anxiety. Some days the pressure went down, and we felt relief. Other days it rose again, and the fear returned stronger than before. Through it all, Dr. Mohammed Suhaib stood by us, explaining every detail with patience and care. Then came the moment we feared the most. He told us that surgery would be necessary. Once again, we felt scared. We hesitated. We tried to delay it, hoping things might improve without such a big step. But the doctor didn’t pressure us—he guided us. He spoke to us about timelines, and about what was best for our daughter’s future. Slowly, visit after visit, he prepared us for that decision. And one day, we were ready. The day of the surgery was one of the hardest days of our lives. Handing our little girl over for the procedure was filled with emotion, prayer, and hope. But deep inside, we held on to the trust we had built in our doctor. That trust carried us through. I will never forget the moment when the doctor came out after the surgery. He had a smile on his face—a smile that brought us instant relief. He told us, “Everything is alright.” That moment will live in my heart forever. It wasn’t just the end of a surgery—it was the beginning of hope. As the doctor told us, this is a journey, not a single step. We continue our follow-ups, watching closely, learning every day. But Alhamdulillah, after the surgery, her eye pressure is stable. Each visit now carries more peace than fear. We still pray for her full recovery—Al shifa, insha’Allah. Dr. Shaimaa was polite and attended to the concerns I raised. She also informed me of the next steps that needed to be taken. She noted that I would have to take an IV injection immediately since I was weak from vomiting several times. However, the nursing team was not helpful at all. When I informed them that I needed a sick‑leave certificate, I paid and proceeded to treatment room #18. When I went there, an extremely unhelpful staff member named Alice (assuming she was a nurse) made me walk from Room 18 to her individual desk in a separate corner and asked me to write down details that were already available in the system. I told the nursing team that I was weak and needed the IV immediately, yet they still insisted that I walk around even though I was feeling very unwell. They should have administered the IV first before expecting an already sick patient to walk around the premises. If the nurses did not have access to the system, they should have simply given me the paper so I could write down the details while standing near Room 18, instead of making me walk back and forth unnecessarily.

concern regarding the delay in receiving my sick leave certificate following my consultation with Dr. Saumya at Prime Medical Center, Al Nahda (Sharjah branch) on 15 June 2026. It has now been more than 12 hours, and despite multiple follow-ups through your call center, I have still not received the certificate. Each time I contact the call center, I am informed that the hospital will send it shortly; however, no action has been taken. This is not the first time I have experienced such delays. On previous occasions, I have had to repeatedly call and follow up to receive a simple sick leave certificate, often being told there are “portal issues.” This recurring problem is highly inconvenient and unprofessional, especially when such documents are time-sensitive for work purposes. I request that: 1. My pending sick leave certificate be issued immediately. 2. Necessary steps be taken to resolve this ongoing issue to prevent future delays for patients. I hope you will treat this matter with urgency

I have an appointment for my Chest Xray. The reception staff (Male) greeted me very well. But, the most amazing experience I had was with Ms. LIZEL (Radiographer/Xray Staff) who accommodated me like I was a very important person in the room. She called my name with a sweet smile and assisted me all throughout my XRAY. She made me feel like she's there for me not just to take imaging of my chest but as a family who truly cares for her patient. My anxiousness was replaced with comfort and relaxation. She is very nice staff that made me want to come back again even if I had no sickness. I hope this letter find its way to the MANAGEMENT. SHE DESERVES WHATEVER PROMOTION OR ANY REWARD A NICE STAFF LIKE HER. Truly, this is not only my satisfaction, I can assure other patients commended her already before me. Thank you, AMC and to Ms. Lizel. What an amazing journey I had in a single amount of time.

I like to share and escalate this as I have been visiting the branch from last 9-10 years. Everything was fine but we observed from last year that there are lot of air freshners added to the place which are so strong that it is most of the time hard to bear it. I request to close those all air freshers so people can have normal air to breathe. I was there for my one kids normal check up appointment and when we landed at pharmacy, to my surprise there was also a lot of air freshner that didn't cause irritation to me but also my other kid who stayed with me at pharmacy start complaining soar throat. Requesting the concern team to get rid of those air fresheres removed as soon as possible. I heard other visitors complaining about same and you can check with the staff as well to confirm how many visitors request them to turn off those air freshners. Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent dental treatment with Dr. Sujata at Prime Medical Center, Al Qasimia. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of care I received. During the teeth cleaning, I felt that sufficient care and attention were not taken.In addition, I experienced significant pain after the treatment, and there was considerable bleeding from my mouth later on. I have undergone similar dental treatments at several other clinics in the past and have not experienced these issues. Based on my experience, the treatment I received did not meet the professional standards I expected from a dental practitioner. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality of patient care and service in the future. Thank you.

It's very worst experience... My previous visit doctor and nurse Said apply for me endoscopy after applying they don't update me anything whether it's approved or not or what is the status... Then went hospital my self and discussed with your staff then only the said your endoscopy was reject... Then they said again request to appointment Doctor he will give medicine.. thats why I went back and visit doctor he said just wait 1 month until that okay but for that you are taking fees dhs. 19.10 without any medicine... It's a big scam
