I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. He took the time to explain the diagnosis, the surgical options, and the rationale behind his recommendation without rushing or oversimplifying anything. That alone sets him apart — most surgeons don’t communicate at this level. The surgery itself was seamless. Precision, efficiency, and zero unnecessary theatrics. Post-operative recovery has been exactly as he outlined — no surprises, no complications, and a clear, structured recovery plan that actually makes sense for someone active. What stands out most is trust. You can tell immediately you’re dealing with a U.S.-trained, board-certified surgeon who operates at a different standard — not just technically, but in decision-making, ethics, and patient care. If you’re dealing with a hernia and want it handled properly the first time, this is the surgeon you go to. No hesitation. 5/5.

Overall good experience. Dear Dr Jamil Ahmed, Usually the visit in Prime goes well. But the visit on 30th April 2026 with DR.AYAN CHAKRABORTY proved to be absolutely bad. I was wondering if the prime corporation belonged to Dr. Ayan Chakraborty as the way he spoke infront of the other patients was absolutely unacceptable. It was a time when we were called and then in between another patient went inside the doctor's room. I just mentioned we have been waiting for quite long. It was this moment when the doctor came out of his room and started saying if i cant wait I need to leave the clinic. Dr Jamil Ahmed, I was wondering if you have given them such authority to speak to patients in such a rude way and ask the patients to leave the clinic. I would expect a disceplinary action againt Dr. Ayan for his such misbehaviour. Thanks

The reception has minimal wait time, takes a little time to register but overall it was good. Nurse Assistant was very kind and accommodating. Doctor Theresa was so professional, very gentle and was very approachable when it comes to our concerns. Pharmacy system was chaotic! Waiting system is a mess! Why you need to input your details again? Make it simple and just get the number that’s it! Waiting time is too long and then ask again to wait?! Seriously you need to make this last step more smoothly. The prescription should already send by the doctor for approval, Upon arrival at the pharmacy and waited long enough the medicine should be ready. And I hope you bring better service too to your Al Barari branch so We should not be cramping in Deira location.

I have had such a disappointing experience at the prime medical ajman branch with Dr. HUSSAIN ISMAIL , as soon i entered the room the doctor’s mood was very bad and his attitude was very rude, as a patient i was already not feeling well and he made my mental health & my mood so low & down, this is not a way a professional doctor should be behaving! No patient deserves to be treated this way, i will make sure i take my complaint to the Ministry Of Health & if needed i will take it to higher authorities ! I seriously believe the doctor should be called out for his behaviour & he should have the self realization of his mistake & apologize from his wholeheart & honesty! I need a positive reply as soon as possible, looking forward , thankyou!

I had an excellent experience with my varicose vein treatment. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable and confident moving forward. The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and attentive to all my concerns. The procedure itself was smooth and much easier than I expected, with minimal discomfort. The staff were all kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout the entire process. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Dr Wesam Gauda and his assistant ency are very professional and helpful to assist their patients. I had wonderful experience in my recovery. I would prefer prime hospital for everybody who are more concerned in having better time management or probook and better improvement. I also highlight one more aspect for the patients who are earning low salaries, they can get help from madad charity if you are matching there criteria. Alhamdullilah prime hospital and the Dr's and staff are serving this nation very well. Good luck prime hospital and I wish good health to all their patients.

I recently had my endoscopy and colonoscopy done by Dr. Rizwan Abdul Qazi, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Skin Dific branch has been my go-to IV spot. I always feel comfortable because everything is clearly explained, and I know I’m being attended to by licensed nurses. Joe usually does my IV, and he’s always really kind and makes me feel at ease. He explains what he’s doing in a simple way, which helps me relax, and he checks on me to make sure I’m okay. The whole process is smooth and stress-free, and I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time.

Visit to the clinic was fine but waiting was a long wait I came to clinic at 5 pm and finished 7.30pm,seeing ent (doctor and nurse was excellent, well explained everything, internal medicine Dr. Rahul was also excellent also his nurse but waiting was a longer period . Pharmacy one staff Mr.Syed was really rude when asked regarding approval for my kids medicine but one female and other three male staff were friendly and understanding

My visit to prime medical center in zero 6 Mall was good. And all the service was perfect . I have one point only on the reception staff except one Arabic beautiful was so helpful and friendly and has nice smile the rest no smile no welcoming and I noticed they are new. Or they don’t know their job and hey talking into each other with their own language while registering the patients.

Dr. Shaju has been incredibly supportive and proactive since my first visit. He has done his best to rule out what disease has affected me and answered all my questions thoroughly. He acknowledged and reassured me when my illness was affecting me but doctors could not determine the source of my illness. He is patient and attentive.
