صُمم مستشفى برايم بطريقة تراعي راحة المريض وتراعي الجمال، وذلك من قِبل شركة DWP، وفقًا لإرشادات المعهد الأمريكي للمهندسين المعماريين (AIA) الخاصة بتصميم المستشفيات.
