Prime Medical Centre Al Qasimia

first time iam visiting Prime clinic al qasimiya and it was worst experience i ever had. I went with my family to consult 4 doctors, the receptionist front office desk was not helpful i think her name is jesmi. There was another guy also with her(with beared) also very rude. I told them to book for 3 doctors, they said they booked. I went upstairs to consult doctor and nurse from first floor said booking done only for one person, i went down to ask them and also i need to make book for x-ray but unfortunately they refuse to answer me and help me. They told me to wait in the que again. I spent more time in the clinic because of their mistake. The doctors were very helpful(Dr Monisha, Dr Srevidya and Dr Jijo jose) but because of the attitude and behavior of the subjected staffs i will not visit the Prime clinic again and also i will not recommend anyone.

Dr Denise was very detailed and has explained everything well, nurses are also very accomodating and friendly.

I was attended immediately, with much care and every procedure was well explained , offered a big bed to dress my wound.The doctor was friendly and considerate.
