Zofia Baehr

Zofia Baehr is a Senior Osteopath with a passion for Paediatric Osteopathy, having earned her Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy and maintaining registration with the Institute of Osteopathy. Zofia's interest in osteopathy stemmed from childhood experiences where osteopathic treatment helped her recover from sports-related injuries, fostering her appreciation for holistic body approaches.

Specialising in Paediatric Osteopathy, Zofia completed a postgraduate course at the Osteopathic Centre for Children. While she is particularly interested in the cranial field, her practice encompasses a range of techniques including structural, functional, and visceral methods. She prioritises establishing strong patient connections through detailed case histories, ensuring treatments are tailored to individual needs and preferences.

With three years of practice, Zofia has treated a diverse patient base spanning all ages, with a focus on infants and children. Her adaptable approach has been honed through experience in sports clinics, women’s health and maternity settings, and specialised headache clinics. She enhances her practice with additional skills such as kinesiotaping, enabling her to address a variety of patient needs comprehensively.
