Dr Xulin Foo

Dr Xulin Foo is a fertility specialist and gynaecologist with advanced ultrasound skills in early pregnancy, benign gynaecological conditions, and endometriosis.

She qualified in 2006 from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine, and worked in prestigious NHS hospitals including Barts and the London, and University College London Hospital where she trained with experts in gynaecological ultrasound over 10 years.

Having gained extensive experience in gynaecological ultrasound, she became interested in helping women with fertility issues. She uses her expertise in gynaecological ultrasound to diagnose and manage benign gynaecological conditions, such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts and uterine anomalies, in tandem with fertility treatment to help her patients achieve successful pregnancies.

Her other areas of specialist interest and research include fertility preservation for transgender males and LGBTQ+ individuals. She also offers women diagnosed with cancer and haematological conditions fertility preservation for future family planning.

Xulin is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, British Fertility Society, and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and has presented her research work nationally and internationally at their conferences. She has published widely in gynaecology journals.
