We are incredibly grateful to Dr Wafaa Ahmed for the care, compassion and professionalism she showed towards my mother. My mother has been experiencing symptoms for almost 2 years without a clear diagnosis, which was understandably very difficult and worrying for her and for our family. From our very first consultation, Dr Ahmed took the time to listen carefully, understand the history of her symptoms and look beyond the obvious. She was thorough in her investigation and arranged the appropriate blood tests, which ultimately helped identify the underlying condition. What stood out to us most was not only Dr Ahmed's expertise, but the genuine care and reassurance she showed throughout the process. She explained things clearly, listened to our concerns and made my mother feel that she was truly being heard and looked after. We are especially grateful that Dr Ahmed was able to provide a clear diagnosis and a clear treatment plan. After such a long period of uncertainty, finally having an explanation for my mother's symptoms and knowing what steps to take next has been an enormous relief for our whole family. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the doctor she was very kind and very considerate when she done my endoscopy and the service was excellent. Even the staff were very helpful.

Dr Ahmed was attentive, empathetic and extremely kind when interacting with my father (the patient). She gave him time to understand, ask questions and clarify details about the consultation. She gave me time to translate and also gave me time to ask about any questions I may have had. Overall, she was lovely to speak to and made us feel reassured and informed about the next steps with my dads condition.
