Mr Rao was very professional and I felt I had complete confidence in him. He always made me feel relaxed as there was always a fun side when we met.
Was informed could eat what I liked after gall bladder surgery but that was not the case as I had to follow a bland diet for at least 2 weeks. Also received no info on size of gallstones
I recently had a hernia procedure at nufield health in Newcastle under lyne, from the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The staff where amazing and settled any nerves I had. The procedure was very professional and aftercare was brilliant, I am very grateful for everything.
I was made most welcome and treated very well by Mr Rao and all the nursing staff at Nuffield hospital
From my very first consultation through to my surgery and recovery, I felt genuinely cared for. My umbilical hernia repair was carried out professionally, and I always felt I was in safe hands. Everything was explained clearly, all of my questions were answered with patience, and I never felt rushed. The operation itself went smoothly, and throughout my recovery I felt confident knowing I'd received excellent care. I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness, reassurance, and expertise shown by my surgeon and the whole team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an umbilical hernia repair. Thank you for making what was a worrying experience so much easier.
Mr Rao was pleasant and engaged throught my treatment cycle. He kept me updated and informed at every stage, and my final surgery went well and was minimally disruptive.
Very satisfied with the whole process from initial appointment, surgery and after care.
Explained the procedure very well and made me feel at ease
