Virginie Sussest is a professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With over 9 years of experience she is skilled in dealing with a wide range of difficulties, such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, family conflict, life transitions, trauma and PTSD, LGBT+ issues and marriage & relationship issues. Her top priority is creating a safe and comfortable environment for you to feel accepted, giving you the freedom to explore and reflect on things that are important to you. She is passionate about helping people blossom, and work through times of difficulty with judgement-free support.

Virginie's approach to counselling is integrative, combining different components of therapy to create a flexible and adaptable plan for each individual's needs. She has specifically integrated Humanistic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy into her practice; the humanistic approach brings a warm therapeutic relationship to help create a safe and compassionate environment, and psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to help self-understanding in addition to symptom relief.

Virginie is highly qualified and has completed extensive training in her field. She has an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and Level 3 Certificates in Children's Counselling. She also completed her CPPD Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
