Process of getting Termapmaratide took for ever but Dr understanding.
Such a lovely person who took time to explain everything. Very professional. We did have to wait a while to be seen, both in terms of date of follow up appointment and on the day, but the service was good
Took onboard problems and proposed further. Investigation
A superb clinician Dr Patel always finds time to listen to any concerns I may have. Great bedside manner with excellent diagnosis & treatment plan
As I was unable to attend in person it was a telephone call The connection wasn't the best However overall I found Dr Patel easy to talk with And she asked me many questions which I found easy to answer We then agreed to the next steps
Dr Patel was very nice and pleasant with me and after me asking loads of questions gave me valuable advice on all my questions. I was really grateful because she listened to me and didn't treat me as an old lady and telling me "it's your age"

Thanks for taking time to comment
