The whole experience was first rate - it’s the second cataract op that I’ve had with Tom and very pleased it was him.
His explanations and instructions were very clear. Brilliant when organising operation for the very next day - superb as it reduced anxiety of a ‘long’ wait. Really, really pleased with everything he did and said, instilling confidence in the whole procedure.
