Susie is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping patients in regaining functionality, whether it involves everyday tasks or returning to sporting activities.
Her extensive clinical background includes work in elite sports settings and some of London's largest NHS Trusts, including a major trauma centre. This diverse experience has provided her with valuable insights into rehabilitating complex polytrauma cases and in helping patients return to activity after injury.
As a strong advocate for exercise of all kinds, Susie has actively participated in national-level rowing, as well as triathlons, half marathons, and CrossFit. Drawing upon her personal experiences and knowledge, she tailors individualised rehabilitation programs to meet her patients' specific needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Susie works as Team Physiotherapist with the Rosslyn Park Men's Rugby team and works contractually with Scottish Rugby. In 2019, she worked with the British Basketball U16 women's team in the run up to and during the European Championships in Bulgaria.
Susie is committed to high-level rehabilitation and has recently completed an MSc in Strength & Conditioning. As part of her master's program, she conducted research into the impact of utilising Blood-Flow Restriction (BFR) training post-achilles rupture, with the goal of assessing its potential to reduce muscle atrophy in the early stages of rehabilitation.

Susie is very passionate and supportive… Felt she had control throughout the sessions. I have a high level sporting Background so have the experience to know how secure I felt with Susie and her help throughout.

I'm a full-time triple jumper where I suffered from chronic quadricep and adductor tendonitis and a flat left foot which was causing injuries and poor progression in the sport. Susie has seen me for over the past year. Her approach is methodical where she assessed the injury quantitatively and then provided excellent programmes that boded well with my existing training programme. I regularly communicated with her on progress, where at times, we changed the programme appropriately if the load was too much. I saw her every few weeks to monitor progress and to introduce new exercises into the program. Her experience allows her to be highly innovative where she provided new exercises that were specific to solving my injuries. I'm very grateful in seeing Susie. In particular, my flat foot has been a long term problem (15 years) where I thought it couldn't be improved. I was getting constant pain in my big toe and my calf was always tightening; I even saw a podiatrist and they couldn't fix the problem! Amazingly Susie assessed the problem and found the biomechanical faults that needed treating/strengthening. Now, my body is fully functional and my injuries are fully managed where my performances have rocketed. Susie is an incredible physio - an absolute rarity and I'd strongly recommend her to anyone :)

Susie is an excellent physio. Her treatment and advice after I broke my ankle was first class and I have made a full recovery under her care.

Following an ACL tear and disappointing experiences with another physiotherapist post-op, I was fortunate to be recommended Susie. Almost a year under her care made me wish she'd been my therapist from day one. Her approach instilled confidence, tailored to my needs, and challenged my knee's recovery in ways I hadn't experienced before. Thanks to Susie's support, I'm now training for a half marathon and regularly competing in other sports—something that felt impossible before. If it wasn’t for my scar on my knee, my injury feels like a dream. Thank you Susie, I’m forever grateful!

Susie treated me for a knee injury over a period of a couple of months late this year. As a runner, I find myself in front of a physio more often than I should, so would consider myself a bit of a physio connoisseur (I really need to strength train more...). However, I can genuinely say that Susie is hands down the best physio I have seen. Aside from her deep knowledge, she is clearly passionate about her career and is empathetic towards your goals i.e. not telling you to just hang up your running shoes and find another sport, but find ways to solve the issue whilst allowing you to continue working towards your goals. Additionally, she clearly could talk from an informed perspective about running, which is great as it did not feel as though I was being prescribed blunt but instead targeted advice. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly but professional during all sessions. Exercises were well suited and meant I got back to playing sports in a short period of time.

Susie has greatly helped my recovery from Achilles rupture, to get me fully functional and back to normal. Her enormous expertise, together with encouragement and kindness enabled me to go hiking, as before, far faster than I could have ever imagined. I can highly recommend Susie to anyone needing physiotherapy.
