The staff very helpful and friendly especially Monique who deal with my case she went the extra mile to help fully transparent and helpful during our sessions she helped me rebuild my trust within me after the accident and helped me move on with exercises and good words ,thank you to all "The Medical" staff for everything .

I rang after not being there for 4 years. The reception at keynsham had no appointments but transferred me to Bristol branch as she thought they could help. Got an appointment for the same day. I was in terrible pain hardly able to walk and put on morphine awaiting a mri. Greg was patient with me when I took time to move. He decided as I was in so much pain to carry out treatment straight away, doing manipulation massage and acupuncture. He devised a plan for going forward and said if not a significant improvement in my next visit they would try the id machine. I left in a little less pain and hopefully I will improve faster than the doctors thought
I have been coming since a car accident and whiplash. Everyone has been friendly and encouraging. Exercises are explained well, and if you forget some of the details their website is very good and personalised to my needs. Well done all.
