Stephen Aravena is an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. With postgraduate diplomas in Psychotherapy & Counselling and Child & Young Person IAPT Therapy, he provides a compassionate and evidence-based approach to mental health and emotional well-being.

Stephen supports clients in developing healthier perspectives and coping strategies, guiding them to better understand themselves and their emotions. His therapy sessions focus on addressing anxiety, depression, bereavement, addiction, and life transitions, helping clients reshape self-defeating behaviours and build confidence.
