Sophie Moreau

Ms Sophie Moreau is a Senior Physiotherapist in Kent specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, sports medicine and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her experience spans private practice, hospital settings and elite sport, including football, American football and the performing arts.

Ms Moreau provides diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injury rehabilitation and pre-operative and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. She also provides education and management of chronic conditions. Her treatments include manual techniques, massage therapy, shockwave therapy and dry needling.

Ms Moreau completed her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in 2024 and her MSc in Sport Rehabilitation at Loughborough University in 2025. Alongside her MSc, she worked as a private outpatient MSK physiotherapist for one year and completed a six-month internship with the National Football League Academy, where she developed experience in assessing, treating and rehabilitating a complex MSK caseload.

Earlier in her career, Ms Moreau worked as a Therapy Support Worker at the Royal London Hospital from 2020 to 2021, supporting patient care across ITU, AAU, respiratory and neurological settings. She is also Lead Physiotherapist at the Kent Football Association Emerging Talent Centre for Girls and provides ad-hoc physiotherapy cover for West End shows.
