Mrs Sophie Howe

Sophie Howe is a compassionate and dedicated osteopath with a strong focus on helping patients achieve long-term results in their recovery and wellbeing. Fascinated by human anatomy from a young age, she pursued osteopathy to deepen her understanding of how dysfunctions arise, what contributes to injuries, and how hands-on care can support each patient’s journey to better health.

Sophie combines osteopathy, dry needling, and soft tissue techniques to create the ideal conditions for musculoskeletal injury recovery. She has extensive experience from working for two years at the University College of Osteopathy’s private clinic in London Bridge, as well as providing care in an NHS GP surgery, a pregnancy clinic, and a paediatric clinic. This has given her the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients, from athletes to individuals with complex pathologies.

Since qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2018, Sophie has also helped patients overcome pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her approach is highly personalised, taking detailed case histories, carrying out musculoskeletal assessments, and providing tailored treatment plans with rehabilitation strategies to support long-term recovery.
