Simon Halford

Simon Halford is an experienced psychosexual psychotherapist who specialises in treating sexual and relationship issues. He employs a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, offering a safe environment and practical solutions for addressing sensitive sexual and relational problems.

Simon's areas of expertise include:

Simon's therapy is strictly confidential and draws from a range of approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural methods. He earned his qualifications from the University of Southampton in 1999 and is a senior accredited member of The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists and The UK Council for Psychotherapists. Simon previously worked as a therapist and coordinated the West Sussex Psychosexual Service from 2000 to 2016. Currently, he exclusively practises as a Psychosexual Psychotherapist in private practice, where he continues to help individuals and couples overcome sexual and relational dysfunction.
