Dr Simon Ball

Dr Simon Ball is a dedicated Consultant Oncologist based at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, primarily practising at Queen's Hospital in Romford, Essex. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), reflecting his rigorous training and commitment to clinical excellence in the field of oncology.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Ball specialises in the management of breast cancer, lung cancer (specifically non-small-cell lung cancer), gastrointestinal cancers including bowel and colorectal cancer, and urological malignancies. He also plays a key role in the Acute Oncology Service, providing urgent and specialised care to patients experiencing cancer-related complications.

Dr Ball is highly experienced in delivering systemic anticancer therapies (SACT), including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. He focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centred care, utilising advanced treatment modalities to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.
