Seren supports individuals with a range of mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions including alcohol addiction, drug addiction, gambling addiction, sex and love addiction, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anger problems, anxiety, bipolar disorder, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, stress, and suicidal thoughts. She has worked across NHS, community, and school settings and has more than a decade of experience in group facilitation.
Her approach is rooted in music-centred therapy, focusing on the power of musical participation to support communication, self-expression, and social interaction. At Nightingale Hospital, she works with patients to encourage creativity and enhance confidence and emotional well-being through music.
In addition to her clinical work, Seren has volunteered as a music volunteer at Islington Mind, a virtual support service volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Support, and a day service volunteer at Centre 404, gaining further experience in mental health, grief support, and working with people with learning disabilities.
