About Dr Seema Bhatti
Dr. Seema Bhatti has worked at Priory for 10 years after starting as a health care assistant on the wards.
She holds a BSC in criminology and psychology, a doctorate in counselling psychology, and a master's degree in psychology. She is currently based at the Priory Wellbeing Centre on Fenchurch Street, where she sees clients on a weekly basis.
Dr. Bhatti researched body appreciation and body image, as well as ethnic identity in black women in the United Kingdom, for her thesis. This was the first study of its kind to be conducted in the UK, and it will be published by the end of the year.
