Dr Sawsan Silan

Dr. Sawsan Silan qualified as a registered specialist in the field of prosthodontics in 2001 with the Royal College of Surgeons of England. This followed her graduation from the Eastman Dental Institute at University College London in 1996 with a Masters degree in Prosthetics, where she achieved the top honours in her year which was recognised by receiving the prestigious ‘Dentsply' prize.

Much of Dr. Silan's postgraduate training took place at the Eastman Dental Institute, as well as training at Croydon University Hospital, where she would gain experience treating patients with cleft palate and neuromuscular conditions. She also provided post-cancer treatment to patients during this time, building a strong knowledge of specialist procedures in her field. Her years of experience in general dentistry compliment her passion for treating patients with her specialist care in prosthodontics, providing implants, bridges, dentures and crowns.

To date, Dr. Silan practices specialist care for patients referred to her by dental colleagues for prosthetic treatment in the London area and community dental services.
