I approached a few different practices for a consultation, and decided on West London Orthodontist after an initial call where Dr Chaw-Su Kyi reassured me with her professional manner, and honest assessment of what my treatment would take in terms of time, and getting the outcome of a long-lasting and stable result. I had a great experience with all of the colleagues at the practice. They were accommodating with appointments, with options across both the Hammersmith and Harley Street locations, and delightful to deal with. I always felt in very good hands with Dr Kyi and her team who explained the treatment thoroughly at each stage. The consultation rooms were always spotless and both offices were professional and inviting.
