Easy access, rapid response, nice premises

Overall excellent. The room looked like it was probably refurbished some decades ago yet the furniture was in good condition, all satisfactory and all clean. Well appointed . Staff excellent, food excellent

Dr Charakida gave me excellent advice and is a very skilled and knowledgable practitioner. I can highly recommend the salon, the staff and the doctor herself.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Overall experience was very pleasant.

I believe my surgeon is based here temporarily so was a pleasant experience, I want given an awful lot of context but pleasant enough space.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.
