Explanation

Having made the comment that I would be prepared to pay for a consultation on my current treatment regime, I was able to see Dr. Singh within 4 hours. Dr. Singh gave me and my wife a complete rundown on what the results of the treatment regime had shown, but I was disappointed that the results of the "Tilt Table Test", performed on the 13.11.2023 had not been entered into my health record. Dr. Singh promised to look into why this had not been reported and would let me know what the test had shown. Dr. Singh impressed me with his "bedside manner", although this was done with me sitting in a chair. His reassurance that I was in good health set my mind at rest. In addition he has proposed a further test in the form of a CT scan which may be able to be done in January 2024.

He is very understanding, sympathetic, kind, considerate and helpful all the time. H checked and explained everything very clearly. He was always concerned and on Christmas Eve he phoned me at 10 pm and told me to go to A & E as my blood results were of concern. Now who else will do that. I am very satisfied with his dealing with my case. Please pass on my regards and comments to him. He is Simply the Best. Rather He is GEM.

In our experience Dr Singh is an exceptional doctor. We were recommended to him by a friend and sought out his Cardiology expertise for our 84 year old mother. Over the past 2 months we have found him to be highly professional, attentive and has certainly gone above and beyond - including seeing Mum out of his office hours, and calling to check in at regular intervals. He has made our Mum feel very relaxed and at ease, and has always been thorough in his examinations and informative and patient in conveying those results to our family. We are truly grateful to Dr Satnam for his continued support and would highly recommend his services. Thanks!!!
