My procedure was fully explained to me prior to surgery and also on the day of the surgery when an extra procedure was added. Mr. Hakeem was very good, pleasant and professional in relation to all my dealings with him. After the surgery he explained clearly the time frame for further appointments and what he was expecting in relation to my recovery. Was a very pleasant experience all round
Doctor and staff were very polite and helpfully and took time to explain things in detail
First rate. Pleasant manner, very understanding and easy to talk to. Explanation uncomplicated and simple to understand. A pleasure to meet.
BRILLIANT!! From the start to where I am now has been such a good experience. The hospital staff and Mr. Hakeem have been wonderful. The care that I have received by everyone involved has been kind and considerate; each phase of my treatment has been explained to me and was exactly as they said. I was hoping my deformed foot would look something akin to normal but Mr Hakeem has made it look, not only normal, but 'beautiful'. Thank you so much everyone at Borders General Hospital.
Mr Hakeem has been a true professional from our very first meeting. He always informed me of what would be happening during my surgery, the surgery itself went really well, the scars have healed well. Mr Hakeem gave me lots of reassurance about what my surgery and recovery would entail. I feel so much more confident in my future surgeries knowing Mr Hakeem will be my surgeon.
