Dr Holsgrove made my daughter feel completely at ease and helped her explore her issues. She explained treatment options and allowed us discuss everything we needed to.

We recently attended an appointment with Dr Holsgrove, in order for her to conduct a full mental health assessment of our daughter, who has been going through a very rough time lately, suffering with severe anxiety, and low mood. Dr Holsgrove was everything we excepted her to be, and most importantly what our daughter needed her to be - warm, friendly, professional, and non-judgemental, approaching challenging subject matters with a highly sensitive manner. She asked everything we expected her to ask, and gave guidance or advice where necessary. She also then provided a full detailed written report of her findings and advice within 24 hours. We are extremely grateful to Dr Holsgrove for her support, and the way she spoke with our daughter. We would thoroughly recommend her as a truly knowledgeable and supportive professional, to anyone seeking similar help and guidance .

We recently had an assessment with Dr Holsgrove. My daughter was nervous and quite scared to open up but Dr Holsgrove immediately put both myself and my daughter at ease. She listened attentively and asked brilliantly phrased questions throughout. While we had to cover some difficult and uncomfortable topics, she was completely understanding, non-judgemental, and supportive. She clearly explained the process at every stage, outlined her initial thoughts and rationale at the end, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions.
