Mr Sam McMahon

Mr Sam McMahon is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. They specialise in hip and knee arthroplasty (joint replacement) and the treatment of sarcoma (bone and soft tissue cancer).

Mr McMahon completed their medical degree at The University of Manchester. Following this, they worked at Frere Medical Centre, East London, South Africa for two years. They then commenced specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in Northern Ireland. To further their expertise, Mr McMahon undertook a fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty and sarcoma surgery at the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. Mr McMahon maintains an active membership with the British Hip Society (BHS) and the British Orthopaedic Oncology Society (BOOS).
