Salvatore Circelli is a Neurodiversity, ADHD, and Life Coach with more than 30 years’ experience in education, coaching, and wellbeing. He specialises in supporting teenagers, university students, and adults with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions - working with both diagnosed and undiagnosed individuals - to help them overcome barriers, develop effective strategies, and achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. 

Salvatore’s coaching is practical, person-centred, and results-focused. He equips clients with evidence-based tools to strengthen executive function, improve time management and organisation, reduce procrastination, and manage distraction. His work also addresses stress management, resilience-building, and life coaching strategies that support goal setting, confidence, and balance - enabling clients to build independence, clarity, and sustainable success. 

Across his career, Salvatore has held senior roles in schools, colleges, and universities, and has worked nationally with the Association of Colleges and the Education and Training Foundation. He was appointed Team Leader and Performance Coach for Team UK at the WorldSkills Competitions, training young people at Loughborough University and coaching international coaches and teams in China and Russia. He holds a Master’s in Education with Distinction and is a qualified ILM Coach and Mentor, NLP
Practitioner, certified ADHD Coach and Holistic Creative Art Therapist. 

He also holds an academic post at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni London, higher education school of fashion and design, where he is the Lead Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach, supporting creative-sector students and lecturers He has also been commissioned by St Paul’s School, Barnes as a specialist ADHD Coach. Alongside his professional work, Salvatore volunteers as a Community Champion with the National Trust, where he developed and ran wellbeing and coaching workshops to support the
local community.
