Dr. Said was very welcoming and gave good clear explanations of the treatment to be completed as the process was carried out. He frequently asked if I was okay and giving reassurance .

Process fully explained in a calm and clear way, other than when there was quite a pause due to the requirement for some additional material. Although explained afterwards, it would have been less concerning had I not been in a gagging situation due to the rubber sheet in my mouth.

I cracked a tooth and they were able to get me an appointment straight away. Dr. Sai was very warm, informative, and did a great job fixing my tooth.
