Went in for a massage and some guidance with muscle tightness stemming from an ACL surgery. George was extremely helpful and helped point out areas of concern and how to rectify them

Manual Therapy Techniques

Upper Back Pain

I came to see Simon Cabot after suffering from chronic upper back pain that had been affecting me every day, with very little effective relief.

Before moving to the UK from Australia, I had spent years trying physiotherapy without much success. Just before relocating, I started seeing a manual therapist who recommended Simon and put me in touch with him.

What really stood out was Simon’s approach. He assessed my issues more thoroughly than I had experienced previously and helped me understand what was contributing to my pain. We developed a regular treatment routine, but perhaps most importantly, he taught me techniques I could use to self-treat between appointments, which has been a huge help.

Simon has also regularly checked in on my progress, and I genuinely feel that he cares about seeing his patients improve rather than simply treating them appointment to appointment.

Through daily self-treatment and semi-regular sessions with Simon, I have been able to overcome what was previously debilitating chronic pain and get back to living without constant discomfort.

I would highly recommend Simon to anyone struggling with persistent or chronic pain. Of all the treatment I’ve experienced over the years, his approach has been by far the most effective for me.

Leg Pain

Shin Splints

Dr. Catherine is an outstanding psychiatrist. From the first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease and genuinely listened to. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and she takes the time to properly understand your situation rather than rushing to conclusions.

What I appreciated most was her thoroughness — she works hard to actually get to the bottom of the problem, rather than just treating symptoms on the surface. I felt safe and well looked after throughout, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who truly cares about getting things right.

ACL Reconstruction

Courtney is an incredible physio. I have thoroughly felt so comfortable and safe in her care and on my journey back to full recovery. Nothing has felt rushed or too slow. I appreciate all the tailored treatment Courtney has provided during my entire rehab process with her as my knee did have unique swelling patterns post surgery which we adapted for. Her exercises prescribed per session were always bang-on what I needed to progress me to the next level, and ultimately her skill, patience and expertise is the reason I am now back to 100m sprinting, 5km park runs, tennis on holiday, skiing and padel just over a year after surgery. Thank you Courtney for getting this athlete back on track - if not in a much stronger place than before!

Hip and Groin Pain

I saw Princia to help with a hip issue I had difficulty with for several years. She quickly identified the issue, gave me an effective treatment plan and worked to resolve the issue effectively. It has made a big difference to my quality of life and I was very impressed with her level of professionalism and approach.
