I saw Ruairi as I had a very sore back and he had helped with a similar issue in the past. Ruiri gave me an exercise programne to do at home, adding to this each week, and combined with some weekly hands-on work my problem was sorted within 3 weeks. Ruairi is friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
Rairi listened carefully to my shoulder problems and worked with me over a period of 10 weeks to develop a plan that improved my mobility and got rid of my pain. The programme consisted of exercises in the gym, exercises at home, combining traditional technics with modern ideas. The results have been amazing.
