I had a very painful shoulder when I first went for physio and now, I'm virtually pain free with much improved movement. Ruairi was knowledgeable, professional and gave excellent advice throughout my treatment.

Ruairi would come and greet me in the reception area, shake my hand, take my coat, and hang it up. He would ask how the week had been, go through the exercises from last week, then take me to the gym to add a different variation or a new exercise. He would explain why, show me how to do it and then get me to do it. He would then go through some quick drills and mark down the improvement before giving me a hands-on physio session. He always explained what he was doing before he did it and always had some general conversation with me. Once done, he would repeat the drills to see if there was an improvement. He would always refer to his notes/ add them while talking so they are fresh in his mind. He would check throughout that he's not putting too much pressure on.
