Comprehensive history taking at first session, follow ups sessions went well, with gradual increase in exercise plan that suited my needs. During the sessions, I felt I was listened to, given clear advice and a realistic exercise plan. The exercises were adjusted to suit any changes re pain and readdressed at each session. The techniques used re hands on physio etc were effective and enabled me to understand my limitations and improved my range of movement. Overall i felt the sessions were very beneficial and have helped me to better manage my symptoms.

Ruairi listened, reassured, understood, and tailored the physio to me and the knee issue I went in with. He adjusted and progressed the exercises, and after 5 sessions my knee is much better; I'm back to normal activities; and I have a rehab plan to continue at home. Would highly recommend.

From first to last visit the treatment I have received has been first rate. I can thoroughly recommend Ruairi, thanks to him I am pain free again.
