About True Physio Lancaster
True Physio Lancaster is a private physiotherapy clinic based on Greaves Road, along the main A6 into Lancaster. The clinic supports individuals of all ages with pain, injuries and movement problems, providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation as part of the wider True Physio group.
Our Chartered and HCPC-registered Physiotherapists work with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint and muscle problems, sports injuries, persistent pain and rehabilitation following surgery. Sports physiotherapy and sports therapy are also available for people recovering from injury or looking to return to exercise and activity.
Your first physiotherapy appointment will include a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement and personal goals. Your physiotherapist will then develop an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan based on your needs.
Massage therapy is also available at the Lancaster clinic and can help with muscular tension, recovery and general physical wellbeing, either as a standalone service or alongside physiotherapy where appropriate.
The clinic is conveniently located for people travelling from Lancaster city centre, the hospital and the university area.
