About Mr Robert Smith

I was not impressed with the online portal - I made a booking and then got a call from a lady to say as she didn’t work from the Spire Hospital I would need to speak to the booking team at the hospital - there is no point providing a portal if you can’t book appointments directly.
Promptly seen. X-ray done with no wait time. Follow up appointment arranged. Excellent experience
