Mr McCulloch was very professional, informative about the pending procedure, and put me at ease about the operation. The visit from him the day after surgery was very rushed at 6.20 am. and was literally about 2 minutes. It would have been nice to see him a little later in the day (when I was fully awake), and to have a bit more of his time. Otherwise very good.
