Dr Robert Hemingway is an experienced orthodontic specialist based at Quality Dental in Shoreham. He gained his dental qualifications from University College Hospital (London) in 1984 before spending 6 years in general practice as an associate and a principal. Following this, he undertook a number of hospital positions before training in orthodontics at Liverpool Dental Hospital, qualifying in 1998. He then worked in hospitals and practises before setting up Quality Dental's orthodontic practice in Worthing, using his numerous years of experience and expertise to create excellent orthodontic outcomes for patients in Worthing.
He has clinical expertise in cosmetic adult and functional orthodontic treatments, which enables results to be delivered in the quickest time. He is passionate about his patients' needs and has a particular interest in cosmetic orthodontics, offering a range of appliances including Incognito and Invisalign braces.
Dr Hemingway has a wealth of experience in dealing with even the most complex cases and is happy to meet any patient to discuss their needs.
He also has an interest in facial aesthetics and facial rejuvenation, as well as home whitening treatments.
He is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists, the British Orthodontic Society, and the British Dental Association.

Approachable and clearly explained what was about to happen before each procedure! Only thing that didn’t live up to expectation was the Invisalign treatment plan I received. I was originally quoted 9-10 months which then changed after having paid to 18-20 months, so twice as long. May be that Invisalign changed this themselves however it’s quite a difference in having to wear Invisalign for an additional 9-10 months so would like to have known this ahead of committing to paying towards it.
