Dr Rasool has been brilliant for me. He explains everything so clearly and has such a friendly bedside manner. He is very approachable and I always feel that he is kooking to give the time to answer all my questions with clarity.

Visited for requirements to race in UCI event in Italy. Had the examination, medical history reviewed, very helpful to get what I need as I don’t think this is a usual run of the mill request. Excellent and pleasant nature, very professional as you would expect.
I was pleased with the overall experience of my appointment on the day. Whilst Dr Rasool had the earliest appointment available, His resume on the Bupa recognised healthcare professionals and services finder, is minimal. There is no photo either. It says his account is awaiting verification which gave me initial doubt. I had to find more of his details via Google. This I have mentioned to Dr Rasool during the appointment. I am pleased that he is happy for me to contact him via email should I have queries.
Excellent service from Dr Rasool and though I am very deaf I was able to hear and understand his diagnosis very well
