Dr. Renatta Murakami

Dr Renatta Murakami is a Dermatologist with over 15 years of clinical experience across Brazil and the UK. She specialises in general and cosmetic dermatology, providing diagnostic assessment and personalised treatment for a wide range of skin conditions. Her clinical interests include preventative skin health and the management of both acute and long-term dermatological concerns.

Dr Murakami began her medical career in Brazil after graduating from the Universidade Metropolitana de Santos in 2004. She initially worked in family medicine before specialising in dermatology and completing specialist dermatology training at Hospital Infantil Darcy Vargas. She subsequently practised dermatology for over a decade in Brazil across private and public healthcare settings.

After relocating to London in 2015, Dr Murakami continued her training in the UK, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology at Queen Mary University of London. She has also undertaken advanced training in aesthetic medicine through the University of Manchester and holds an Institutional Diploma from St John’s Institute of Dermatology.

Dr Murakami takes a detailed and patient-centred approach to dermatological care, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis, clear communication and treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, British Association of Dermatologists, British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners, Primary Care Dermatology Society, British Medical Association, Independent Doctors Federation and Infection Prevention Society.
