Dr. Rajesh Bhateja

Dr. Rajesh Bhateja is an experienced General Practitioner with a career in both general practice and emergency medicine. Currently, Dr. Bhateja serves in multiple roles, providing part-time services as a Medical Consultant at University College London Hospitals and working with Practice Plus Group in Portsmouth. He also continues to offer care as a General Practitioner at Southsea Medical Centre in the Greater Portsmouth area.

Dr. Bhateja began his medical career with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Bombay in 1995. He further pursued his professional development, earning a Master’s Degree from the Royal College of General Practitioners London between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the College of General Practitioners from the Indian Medical Association, receiving a Certificate of Merit for ranking 5th nationwide in his cohort.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bhateja has gained significant experience in emergency medicine as a Specialty Doctor with the NHS since 2006.
