At all times Professor Singh has explained surgery, post and pre in a way that I understood. He’s been calm when I have asked a lot of questions and given me the time to make decisions about next steps etc. I’m really happy that I had both hands done at the same time and although I’m still recovering 4 weeks and 4 days post op I’m glad I was given the choice. I can’t rate Professor Singh highly enough as he’s been amazing and supportive all the way through

After suffering pain in the joint of my thumb for several years, I went to see Prof Singh who was able to look at my xrays and diagnose the problem immediately and explain what was the problem. I was able to have surgery booked quite quickly and was in and out of hospital on the same day with no issues. Physiotherapy was arranged and 3 months post op my hand and joint are almost back to normal. He and the physio team explain fully that recovery takes time and that the hand exercises need to be followed. I wouldn't hesitate to see him should I have a problem with the other hand.
