I have been a patient of Professor Claoue for many years and he is always very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
Great communication and explanations to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
Professor Charles Claoué has been incredibly kind and attentive with my 7-year-old daughter which has been going to see him for about 2 years now. He takes great care to explain everything at her level, ensuring she feels comfortable and understands each step, and he always takes the time to answer all of her questions. He is extremely thorough in his approach and has supported my daughter wonderfully throughout her vision journey. We are truly grateful for his expertise, guidance, and the reassurance he has given us. We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for his outstanding care.
From my very first with professor Clause I had full confidence in him. He was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable to field. He explained everything in detail and all aspects of my cataract operations. He answered all my questions and he took time to explain and never make me feel at ease. During both operations he made time to talk to me and explain the procedure and made my surgeries as straightforward as possible. I am extremely grateful to him for skill care and professionalism. I highly recommend him he is true to his vocation and absolute gentleman with it.
Professor Claoué was very professional throughout the 2 sessions I saw him for. He was very calm, provided explanations and reassured me before my treatment.
Clearly explained it the issue and the way forward. Never felt pressured to giving a decision but encouraged to go home and think about my options.
I recently took my father to see Professor Charles Claou, and I was deeply impressed by the care and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the visit. He is clearly a highly experienced and knowledgeable doctor, and his calm, respectful manner immediately put us at ease. Professor Claou was kind, polite, and genuinely attentive to my father's concerns. What stood out most was his honesty—he gave clear, straightforward opinions without any pressure, helping us understand the situation and options with complete transparency. It’s rare to find a specialist who combines expertise with such compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Claou to anyone seeking thoughtful and trustworthy medical care.
I had a regular check up, Mr Claoue was extremely professional as always. I would highly recommend his services.
